Product delivery, exchange and return policy



1. Delivery

Every order, whether placed by telephone, website, partner website or WhatsApp, will have the value and delivery or collection time agreed in advance.



2. Exchange or return of non-customized product with defect.

Tim Bordados will exchange the product(s) purchased by its Customers, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Code. If a manufacturing defect is identified, the deadline for requesting an exchange/return is up to 7 (seven) calendar days, counting from the date of receipt of the product.

The withdrawal request will be assessed to verify whether the product has been used or destroyed, even partially. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.



3.Exchange or Return of customized products

We do not accept returns or exchanges on customized products.

We are not responsible for the content of your file. Spelling, grammar, color and logo errors are your responsibility. Changes in size and location of embroidery on the pieces must be reported in advance.

If the piece has more than one logo, the layout or specifications must be sent by the customer and approved by us. After approval and execution of the service, it cannot be changed.

We do not alter ready-made embroidery patterns, so if you send a pattern you must make sure that the pattern is correct according to your specifications.

We do not exchange customized products on demand. Check the sizes in our measurement chart before purchasing.

Once a purchase process is finalized, the products cannot be modified nor can the order be cancelled. In order to ensure delivery within the shortest possible time, orders are processed immediately, preventing any changes. Since this is a 100% customized product for the customer, no order cancellation is permitted.



4. Purchase regret

If the Customer regrets a purchase made and has not yet received the product, they may express their interest, but it will be analyzed whether there has already been any cost in manufacturing it. Personalized products will not be refunded in full.
